We’re excited to congratulate Andrew on his nomination into The Sprudge Twenty Class of 2024.

Each year, Sprudge and Pacific Barista Series recognize those in the industry who helped build the coffee culture of the 21st century. From nominations, they are tasked with the tough decision of selecting just 20 of the best. We’re proud to see Cafe Imports founder Andrew Miller made the shortlist.

COO Noah Namowicz nominated Andrew and said this about his impactful work:

Andrew Miller founded Cafe Imports in 1993 with a simple yet novel idea of paying farmers more and telling their stories to roasters who at the time had very limited traceability and ability to have real farm-level impact.

Today our industry is shaped in large part to his vision nearly 30 years ago. Andrew is one of the kindest and most impactful mentors to me in coffee and is well-deserving of this nomination.
